Because we will not be there to advise you it is important that

- Executors
- Who should they be? You need one to four people. Two is
popular. You will be given more advice later
- Guardians
- you need these if you have infant children.
- Your body - it sounds a little but you need to think
whether you want a cremation or burial etc etc.
- Gifts
- do you want to make donations to charity or just a
small gift to a long forgotten friend - or anyone else
for that matter.
- Personal things
- do you want to leave your personal possessions
to anyone in particular -eg " My ring to my auntie Mavis"
- Residue/The
Rest- what do you want to do with everything else?
You must decide. Do you want to leave it to one person or
more than one person? What should happen if they die before
you?

or telephone us for advice (we will have to make an extra
