THE IMPORTANCE OF MAKING A WILL

By not having a will you are exposing your family to complications and possible financial difficulties in the event of your death. By making a will you can ensure that your assets go to those you wish should have them helping to avoid any legal difficulties at a time already traumatic for those involved.

Lifestyle changes such as having a baby, becoming grandparents, moving house, getting married or divorced can all impact on our decision to make a will or update an existing one. According to the Law Society, a badly prepared will (or a will that's out of date) is often worse than having no will at all! When you consider the consequences of not making a will, it's easy to see the value of paying a Solicitor to draft one correctly for you.

We have put together a fact sheet which outlines why you should make a will. Please click here.

THE SERVICES WE OFFER:

  • Will writing
  • Administration of Estates on death
  • Powers of Attorney

Whatever your reason, if you need to write or update an existing will we can help.
