Paul comes from Huddersfield and obtained his degree from the University of Kent at Canterbury. With a varied background in the law he has a special interest in Social Welfare Law and the rights of the individual. Paul has a diploma in Personal Injury Law and is an accredited senior litigator by APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers). APIL accredited lawyers are recognised for their individual skills, competencies and expertise. A Senior Litigator has a minimum of 5 years' experience in handling a personal injury caseload and fighting for maximum awards in court.Also with regards to APIL Paul is the Child Abuse Special Interest Group Co-ordinator. Paul has worked in the voluntary sector for a Law Centre and remains active as the legal advisor and manager at Hope Hospital Citizens Advice Bureau. Paul leads a number of group actions.
