Deborah is in charge of a number of children's home group actions, which the department  is co-ordinating. 
Deborah hails from Leigh, Lancashire, and obtained her degree at  Plymouth Polytechnic. She did her conversion course and solicitor's finals in Manchester,where she continued  her career working for a Union. Subsequently she taught English in the North of Spain before working for 2 North West Legal Firms, and arrived  in the department in 1998.  Deborah is in charge of a number of group actions.
