| Paul Durkin
is appointed to PI Panel |
It
is about time that Paul
Durkin was appointed to the Personal Injury Panel, when one
considers that he has specialised in high level child abuse group
action litigation for the past 5 years, and before that for several
years doing solely Pesonal Injury work. We must congatulate him
however on his hard work and determination, as entry is restricted
only to those who demonstrate specialism at all levels of Personal
Injury work. To read more about him click

Compensation Cases Deadline Approaches |
| Applications for compensation for abuse committed
in Irish Institutions (Care Homes) to the
RIRB (Residential Institutions Redress Board) must be made
before 15th December 2005. There are, therefore,
only 8 months left. You must apply now, before
it is too late. Before your solicitor can submit an application

a medical report. All this takes time and therefore applicants
should act now. See our Press

the RIRB pay all legal costs

| Tsunamai Appeal - £372 |
| Charity appeals seem to be flourishing at AGM with
more money raised for the Tsunamai appeal. We had an own clothes
week, whereby it cost each member of staff £5 to wear their
own clothes for work. We hope that we have been able to play a
small part in the world wide disaster fund. |
