We may be able to run your claim on a no win-no fee basis, which can take the financial risk out of making a claim. Legal aid is no longer available for most personal injury claims, and the "No Win-No Fee" arrangement has largely replaced it.

The rules are:-

• If you lose, then you will not have to pay our legal fees 
   

• You can take out insurance to cover risk of you losing and having to pay the other side’s  costs. The insurance may also pay your own disbursements ie the medical report fee.
  

• If you win we get a "Success Fee" on top of our legal costs. As the other side has lost they have to pay not only your compensation but our costs as well.
