You can make a will at home electronically without the inconvenience
of traveling to see us. Because we will not be there to advise
you it is important that you read these notes. If any words
are highlighted just click them and you will immediately see
and explanation of what the word means. You may also like to
read the Frequently Asked Questions
page.
Executors - Who should they be? You need one to four people. Two is popular. You will be given more advice later
Guardians
- you need these if you have infant children.
Your body
- it sounds a little morbid but you need to think whether you
want a cremation or burial etc etc.
Gifts - do you want to make donations to charity or just a small gift to a long forgotten friend - or anyone else for that matter.
Personal things - do you want to leave your personal possessions to anyone in particular -eg " My ring to my auntie Mavis"
Residue/The Rest - what do you want to do with everything else? You must decide. Do you want to leave it to one person or more than one person? What should happen if they die before you?
REMEMBER
If you are unclear about anything the answer may be on the Frequently Asked Questions page.
