Garsden McDonald pass their final Legal Aid
Franchise Audit. The auditor comments that the
result is very good and the sort of quality
test that one would expect to see two years
after passing when everyone was more used to
the systems. |

firm are awarded their Second Investors in People
certificate. Whereas in most organisations after
the first audit the standards slip, the auditor
comments that the personnel procedures at Abney
Garsden McDonald have improved since 1996
when the first certificate was granted. The
officer from the Tech comments that it is the
best audit result she has seen from an organisation

Greater Manchester Police swab blood tests.
All relevant drivers who were convicted of Drinking
and Driving have their convictions quashed and
