Abney Garsden McDonald backs local sporting community with a new sponsorship deal

Abney Garsden McDonald is backing the local sporting community with a new sponsorship deal - the Cheshire based law firm has pledged its support over the next two years as the sponsor of St John's Junior Football club's under 17's team. Abney’s solicitor and club coach, Paul Durkin is delighted with the sponsorship deal and the green and white kit will be adorned with the law firm’s logo.

ST John’s JFC was started in 1998 as a club for youngsters in the parish of St John’s, Chorlton who attended St John’s RC Primary School. Since then it has accepted players (boys and girls) from the locality and enters teams into the Timperley and District Junior Football League.

Managing Partner, Peter Garsden, said, “At Abney Garsden McDonald we feel it is important to support the local community. It’s great that we can help a local team especially one that has close links to our firm. We’re pleased to be sponsoring St John’s Junior Football Club and we wish them every success in the coming season.”
