We also intend to return the goods to you at your cost unless you collect them. Please confirm by return that the required credit note is to be issued and also that you will be collecting the goods. We give you notice that we reserve our rights with regard to the goods and await hearing from you by return. We expect a reply within 7 days. If we do not hear from you within the required period, we will place the matter in the hands of our solicitors, which we trust will not be necessary.
