Deliver us from evil by Richard Wilson (August 2, 2010) - This article was produced for the Sheffield Hallam Law Review. The paper seeks to identify whether a religious organisation could be found vicariously liable for the torts, in particular sexual assaults, of a minister. The Law Review is a hard copy and E-Journal that is produced by the Law Department at Sheffield Hallam University. The journal is a venue for excellent cutting edge legal research and is read both nationally and internationally.
